1. Geltungsbereich Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen, die über den Onlineshop von Seseg Illustration (seseg-illustration.de) getätigt werden.
2. Preise und Kleinunternehmerstatus Alle angegebenen Preise sind Endpreise. Gemäß § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung) wird keine Umsatzsteuer erhoben und folglich auch nicht ausgewiesen. Versandkosten für physische Waren werden im Bestellprozess separat aufgeführt. Für digitale Produkte fallen keine Versandkosten an.
3. Vertragsschluss Die Darstellung der Produkte im Onlineshop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar. Durch Anklicken des Bestellbuttons gibt der Kunde eine verbindliche Bestellung ab.
Digitale Produkte im Shop Bereich: Bei digitalen Inhalten (z. B. Downloads) erhält der Kunde unmittelbar nach Zahlungseingang Zugang zu den Daten.
4. Lieferbedingungen und Bereitstellung Physische Waren werden durch Drittanbieter geliefert Print-on-Demand (Regellaufzeit 3–7 Werktage innerhalb Deutschlands). Digitale Inhalte werden elektronisch (per Download-Link) bereitgestellt.
5. Widerrufsrecht Verbraucher haben ein vierzehntägiges Widerrufsrecht.
Wichtiger Hinweis für digitale Produkte: Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt vorzeitig bei Verträgen über die Lieferung von digitalen Inhalten, wenn der Kunde ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat, dass mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird und er seine Kenntnis davon bestätigt hat, dass er durch seine Zustimmung sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.
Wichtiger Hinweis für Print-on-Demand: Bei Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt werden, kann das Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen sein.
6. Nutzungsrechte für digitale Produkte Sofern nicht anders vereinbart, erhält der Käufer an digitalen Produkten ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht zur Nutzung für den persönlichen Gebrauch. Eine kommerzielle Nutzung, Vervielfältigung oder Weitergabe an Dritte ist untersagt.
7. Urheberrecht Alle auf dieser Webseite veröffentlichten Inhalte (Illustrationen, Texte, Grafiken) sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Eine Verwendung ohne ausdrückliche Zustimmung von Seseg Illustration ist nicht gestattet.

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Seseg Illustration (seseg-illustration.de).
2. Prices and Small Business Status
All prices stated are final prices. In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG) regarding small business regulations, no VAT is charged or displayed on invoices. Shipping costs for physical goods are listed separately during the ordering process. No shipping costs apply to digital products.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order. Digital Products in the Shop Area: For digital content (e.g., downloads), the customer receives access to the data immediately upon receipt of payment.
4. Delivery Conditions and Provision
Physical goods are delivered by third-party providers via Print-on-Demand (standard delivery time 3–7 business days within Germany). Digital content is provided electronically via a download link.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Important notice for digital products: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts concerning the delivery of digital content if the customer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract shall begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving such consent.
Important notice for Print-on-Demand: For goods manufactured according to customer specifications, the right of withdrawal may be excluded.
6. Usage Rights for Digital Products
Unless otherwise agreed, the purchaser receives a simple, non-transferable right to use digital products for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited.
